Two friends are living in Verona, Valentino and Proteo. Proteo professes his love to the charming Julia, who, after an initial misunderstanding, reciprocates his feelings. Valentino mocks his infatuation, but not for long. He leaves for Milan, where he falls in love with Silvia, the duke's daughter.

"3,2,1 - Peci!" is baking competition show broadcasted on Croatian RTL Television. The show targets amateur confectioners and pastry enthusiasts who apply either as individuals (1st and 2nd season) or in pair (rest seasons). In each episode confectioners have special challenges they have to overcome and prove their pastry skills. As the season progresses confectioners are eliminated one by one. The winner of the season gets the money prize. In the 4th season money prize went to humanitarian cause.

An only son, Jirí Valenta (Jaromír Hanzlík), has been drafted to the army. At the barracks he acquires the nickname Seamstress because he sews rugs in his spare time. One day, his friend introduces him to Julka Vávrová (Jorga Kotrbová), a girl he is desperate to get rid of. The naive Jirí falls in love with the girl and accepts her invitation to spend Easter together in the country. There he learns that the girl is the single mother of the young boy Martínek, whose father is the married tractor driver.

The story is set in the not-so-distant future. Five "Black Points" suddenly appeared around the world as portals to parallel worlds. Immediately after, strange creatures began their invasion from these portals. These creatures are the inhabitants of five worlds—the same worlds in different timeframes. In order to ensure their own future timeframe survives, each of the five invasion forces battle to wipe the other future timeframes out. The key is one card-shaped device.
